Privacy policy

This site collects only what a dental practice submits through the intro-call and treatment-day scheduling forms (practice name, contact name, role, email, phone, city, and free-text case notes) and passes it to Rita Goddard, RDH via GoHighLevel. No patient-identifying information should be entered in any form field on this site.

This site does not use a patient booking flow, does not sell data, and does not run advertising trackers beyond what's needed to measure whether the site itself is working.
