- Water line hook-up (for the Cavitron/ultrasonic unit)
- Air connection / quick connect (for the perioscope)
- Power outlets for both the perioscope and the ultrasonic unit
- Local anesthetic — lidocaine, Septocaine, or Carbocaine
- Autoclave or Statim access, so instruments can be sterilized before the appointment ends
- Paper products to set up the room
Perio On Point provides all other supplies — the perioscope, the ultrasonic unit, and instruments.
If you're unsure whether a given operatory has the air connection, send a photo of the unit when you call or text and Perio On Point will confirm.

Half-mouth cases are typically split into two visits scheduled about a week apart. A re-evaluation and periodontal probing appointment at 8 weeks is recommended. Call or text (904) 470-0172 to schedule — treatment days are booked directly, not through a general inquiry form.
Perio On Point works as an independent contractor (1099), not an employee of your practice. Florida law still requires direct supervision of the treating dentist when performing perioscope therapy — Perio On Point does not diagnose, treatment-plan, or bill patients or insurers independently. The dentist of record retains clinical responsibility for the patient at all times. Perio On Point carries its own professional liability coverage through HPSO.
